Pu Erh

Originating from Yunnan, China, Pu Erh tea was once transported along the legendary “Tea Horse Road.” It undergoes a unique processing method, involving long microbial fermentation that gives it a full, rounded and slightly sweet taste, accompanied by its characteristic woodland aroma. Excellent during meals and paired with cured meats and cheeses, it is also highly regarded in China for its reputed health properties.
